Flood  Protection

Landmarc are experienced in designing and installing flood protection systems.

One of our projects in the summer of 2007 was to protect a Grade 1 listed building that had been seriously flooded during the summer storms.

The entire building was enclosed within a steel piled protection system which was then clad in natural stone to be in keeping with the building. Water tight doors were also fabricated and installed with pumping chambers within the walled areas to remove rain water.

The project proved to be an absolute success during the winter floods of 2008.
