Landmarc carries out a range of arboriculture services including:

At times it is necessary to remove tree stumps and main roots. This is carried out by the use of specialist equipment attached to an excavator. The residue can be removed or left to degrade naturally.
Chipping
Chipping is the conversion of solid timber and scrub into wood chip material.
Landmarc have a selection of wood chippers from hand fed chippers (up to 10” in diameter) to crane fed chippers which take material up to 450mm wide.

Mulching
Mulching is the mechanical clearing of trees (up to 12” in diameter) and scrub, gorse, bramble and general brash.
All growth is reduced to ground level to allow for replanting, redevelopment, or the re-establishment of grassland.

Tree shears can be fitted to either long reach or conventional excavators (i.e. 13 and 20 tonne). This results in the quick, accurate and efficient removal of trees up to 15” in diameter.
